The Northern Nevada International Center will be hosting a delegation of 2 visitors one is the Project Coordinator/Expert on Internal and Public Policies at the Viitorul Institute for Development and social Initiatives from Moldova on February 1, 2012.
The delegation was invited to Reno as part of the International Visitors Leadership Program of the US Department of State. The Reno portion of their program will be focused upon:
* Viewing American models of governance and civic participation
* Observing the foundations and mechanisms of U.S. foreign policy
* Examining the U.S. electoral process
* Comparing and contrasting the various methods of political analysis in the U.S.
* Exploring the roles and perspectives of academia, NGOs, media, and others in political analysis.
