The Delegation is here to explore the US Justice System:

• Familiarize participants with the principals of judicial independence, the federal court system, and the structure of state and municipal courts;
• Underscore the judiciary’s role in preserving and strengthening democratic concepts such as government accountability and individual rights;
• Discuss court management and case management to ensure rapid dispensation of justice;
• Examine methods to prevent and eliminate corruption in the judicial system
• Learn about advanced legal education, the criminal justice system and law enforcement in the U.S.;
• Promote understanding of current trends in the administration of courts in the U.S., and
• Examine various forms of dispute resolution.
