The Northern Nevada International Center hosted a delegation of five medical professionals from Belarus on Feb 21 to Feb 24 2010. The delegation visited Reno as part of the International Visitors Leadership Program of the US Department of State.

The Reno portion of their program focused upon:

• Rural health care
• Under-served and vulnerable population
• Community-level public health networks
• Rural mobile health units
