The Northern Nevada International Center, a World Affairs Council, is pleased and proud to present Ambassador Ed Rowell, who will give a presentation as Special Guest Speaker under the title:

World Affairs Councils of AmericaAmbassador Edward (Ed) Rowell spent 38 years in the U.S. Foreign Service. He was Ambassador to Bolivia, Luxembourg and Portugal, and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Consular Affairs. He also had postings in Argentina, Brazil and Honduras. He is on the boards of directors of the Association for Diplomatic Studies and Training, the American Academy of Diplomacy (Chair, Audit Committee) and Diplomatic and Consular Officers, retired (DACOR – Vice President).
