What is the IBET Program?

The Intercultural Business Education & Training (IBET) Program provides cultural awareness and diversity training to assist businesses and organizations in working more efficiently with a diverse workforce and clientele. Training focuses on preparing employers to work more effectively with clients, customers, and employees from culturally diverse backgrounds.


What is the Mission of the Program?

To provide employers and employees with the cultural competency skills necessary to work more effectively in a diverse workforce.

What kind of training is available?

Training modules and seminars are designed to fit the needs of employers. Training is designed and delivered in an active and adult learning style.

  • Managing culturally diverse groups of employees
  • Building diverse teams


Who Can Benefit from the Training?

Training focus is on assisting businesses, hospitals, K- 12 schools, higher education institutions and non-profit organizations to meet the needs of their diverse populations and employees.


What is the cost of the training?

Training costs are determined by the length of training, size of the group and dependent upon the organizations needs. Employers are responsible for the cost of basic training materials.
