With funding from the Nevada Humanities Committee, UNR’s Political Science Department and the Associated Students at UNR, the International Center is pleased to present a Rising Powers Series with speakers on China, India and Russia over the course of the next few months. Highly regarded experts in their respective fields brought to us by the World Affairs Council will discuss the notion of a possible seachange in the way the world works, and how US foreign policy might adapt to these changes.

• Russia – April 22

These event are free and open to the public.  Local community experts will join in a discussion immediately after the speakers’ presentations.
