Austrian Government Official Visits Reno to Discuss Prosecution of Narcotics Related Offenses
Sunday, January 31st, 2010[ February 13th, 2010 to February 17th, 2010. ] Mr. Andreas Holzer, Deputy Head of the Drug-Related Crime Department, Criminal Intelligence Service, Ministry of Interior, Austria will be coming to Reno, Nevada February 13-17th to discuss how to prosecute perpetrators of narcotics trafficking and money laundering.

Friday, January 22nd, 2010The Northern Nevada International Center (NNIC) was awarded a grant in the amount of $352,000 by the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to host 25 South African entrepreneurs over a two-year period. NNIC, which is a sponsored project of the University of Nevada, Reno, will collaborate with Sierra Nevada College (SNC) to provide internships for two sets of 12 to 13 young entrepreneurs.
